Skylar was raised in Calgary, Alberta, where she was an avid show jumper, and then moved to Lethbridge to continue her post-secondary journey when she turned 18. After graduating from the Dhillon School of Business in 2018, she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Management with a major in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations with a double minor in Supply Chain Management and Social Responsibility and was searching for an opportunity to kickstart her career journey in the financial sector.
Since starting with Advantage, Skylar has been able to branch into other sectors by starting and managing multiple personal businesses. She understood that there were other ways that she could help the community in addition to her time here at Advantage.
Skylar is responsible for managing all our office administration tasks and various other business channels, including group benefits administration, pension administration, estate processing, and insurance and investment administrative needs.
